What is your return & exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy applies to purchases made through www.cheekaaboo.com and is subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

Online orders made at www.cheekaaboo.com are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. For a seamless return experience, kindly enter your Order Number and relevant details here.

Can I return the items I bought if they don't fit?

If the item doesn't fit, you can return it for a size exchange. You pay for return shipping, and we pay for re-shipping.

If no replacement item is available, you will receive a full refund. 

What are the items not eligible for return and exchange?

All items under Clearance Display Units are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item shipped.

Which countries are not eligible for return and exchange?

Currently, we only offer returns and exchanges for orders shipped to Malaysia and Singapore. Orders to other countries are subject to approval, except for damaged or incorrect items.

What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item due to our mistake, you are eligible for an exchange of the same item. If we are unable to provide a replacement, you will receive a full refund.

Who bears the shipping fee in the event of returns?

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including duty and tax, in the following cases: size exchange, invalid/incomplete address, and second failed delivery attempt.

Cheekaaboo covers shipping costs (including duty and tax) for defective products and wrong items delivered. In order to be eligible for a return, the Cheekaaboo Return Team must verify the proof of defect.

To claim a refund on return shipping cost, send evidence to support@cheekaaboo.com within 7 working days of shipping.

What are the terms & conditions of the return & exchange policy?

1. Customer must submit a request for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of goods here.

2. Goods must be returned in original packaging with the Cheekaaboo tag label still attached and with no evidence of use (i.e. no traces of scents, no stains, unwashed etc.)

3. Products for exchange must reach us within 14 days of our approval. Extensions granted case-by-case. No liability for goods received after the exchange period.

4. Use traceable service with a tracking number. We'll process your order within 7 working days of receiving returned merchandise.

Failure to meet the above conditions will result in a declined exchange.

Under what circumstances returns may be rejected?

The following reasons are not considered defects and will not be entertained:

a) Colour variation from product photos, e.g. fuschia vs red

b) Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns & etc.

c) Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements

d) Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, removable stains etc.

e) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.

f) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference

6. We will not be held responsible for lost packages.

Items can be exchanged only once for a similar or equal-value product. No refunds for items exchanged with lower value. You can top up for higher value exchange during checkout.
