When will I receive my commission payment?
- Approval period: All commissions are reviewed and approved 5 days after the order is placed. This waiting period helps ensure there are no returns or exchanges after commission is issued.
- Eligible commissions: Only commissions with an approved status will be eligible for payment.
- Cut-off date: The monthly commission cut-off is on the 15th of each month. Any commissions approved after the 15th will be included in the following month’s payout cycle.
- Payment schedule: Approved commissions will be paid out during the third week of the following month.
Can affiliate orders be combined with other special vouchers?
Trade-ins voucher and product discount vouchers are not eligible for affiliate orders.
