Are there any staff supervising the playhouse?
While the playhouse is a private rental space, our team is always nearby to assist and monitor overall safety. We recommend that parents or guardians supervise children at all times during their visit.
How often is the playhouse cleaned?
We thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire playhouse before and after each booking. High-touch areas and toys are disinfected with child-safe cleaning products.
Are the toys and equipment safe and hygienic?
Yes, all toys and play items are carefully selected for safety and are cleaned regularly. Any broken or worn-out items are immediately removed.
What if my child gets hurt while playing?
Basic first-aid supplies are available onsite. For anything serious, parents may proceed directly to the nearest hospital or clinic. You can also reach out to our team if you need further assistance.
Is outside food allowed?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food and snacks. We just ask that you clean up after eating and keep food away from play areas.

How many people can the playhouse accommodate?
For everyone's comfort and safety, we recommend a maximum of 20 people (including adults and kids) at a time.
