RETURNS AND EXCHANGE 

1. This policy is valid only to online purchases made through www.cheekaaboo.com
2. All returns request must be submitted via the link here within 7 working days counting from the day you have received your product.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange - Bath books, Neoprene toys, Swim caps, Swim Ring, Goggles,
Baby Roller & Clearance Sales Items. The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item shipped by www.cheekaaboo.com
(Refer to Terms and Conditions)

Countries Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
At this time, we are only able to offer returns and exchanges to customers in Malaysia only. Orders to all other countries are final sale.

Return / Exchange: Incorrect Items & Damaged Goods
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on our end, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item.
If a replacement item is not available, customers will be given a full cash refund. (Refer to Terms and Conditions)

Return / Exchange: Wrong Size
If you have ordered the wrong size, you may return the item to make an exchange via post only. If a replacement item is not available,
customers will be given a full cash refund. (Refer to Terms and Conditions)

How To Return/Exchange
All exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions, and will be granted at www.cheekaaboo.com sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions For All Exchanges & Returns
All Return/Exchanges will be granted at www.cheekaaboo.com based on the following terms & conditions:

1. Customer must submit a request for exchange / return with order ID and details of exchange, within 7 days of receipt of goods
via our Return and Exchange form.

2. Once your submission had been received, we will reply you via email within the next 3 working days. Exchanges/return will only
be entertained after we have approved your request via email. We will not be responsible for any exchange packages received without
approved exchange/return requests.

3. Goods must be returned in original packaging with Cheekaaboo tag label still attached and with no evidence of use (i.e. no traces
of scents, no stains, unwashed etc.)

4. Shipping Charges. Buyer pays for return shipping cost including duty and tax in the following event:

  • Size exchange
  • Invalid or incomplete address provided during your order
  • Second failed attempt to deliver parcel to recipient, including but not limited to refusal of entry into intended compound
    and no pick up of phone call

Cheekaaboo pays for all shipping cost including duty and tax to our customer at the last indicated delivery address in the following event:
(To claim refund for return shipping in such an event, the customer has to send us an evidence of return shipping cost within seven (7)
working days of shipping to 
support@cheekaaboo.com Refund on shipping cost will be refunded in the form of cash voucher)  :

  • Delivered incorrect size
  • Defective Product (*Proof of defect must be verified by Cheekaaboo Return Team to be eligible*)
  • Wrong item delivered

5. Kindly note that All Reasons listed below are strictly Not Considered As Defects. Any reasons that falls at the below category,
will not be entertained:


a) Colour variation from product photos, e.g. fuschia vs red
b) Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns & etc.
c) Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements
d) Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
e) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
f) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
g) Loose threads or removable stains

6. www.cheekaaboo.com will not be held responsible for lost packages.

7. Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar product (or equal value), there is no refund (for exchanged item value lower than the initial purchased item). You may choose to purchase an exchange item of a higher value by making a top up during checkout.

8. Returned product must reach us within ten (10) days of our approval of the exchange request. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. www.cheekaaboo.com will not be liable for any goods which fail to reach us before end of the exchange period window. All returns and exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number. We will process your order within seven (7) working days of receipt of your returned merchandise.

If any of the above stated conditions are not met, we will not go through with the exchange transaction. www.cheekaaboo.com reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.
